Chris Dibartolo is WESTAF’s director of technology. Dibartolo has worked as a project manager, technology consultant, and software engineer and came to WESTAF from Accenture Ltd., where he worked on large technology projects. Dibartolo holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Colorado Denver. He has many years of experience working in high-level technology development, and extensive practice in strategic planning, analysis, and technology design.
