Leah Horn

Leah Horn is WESTAF's director of marketing and communications. She is responsible for directing the sales and marketing effort for WESTAF’s earned-income projects, overseeing WESTAF's communications and publications, and managing the annual cultural policy symposium and other convenings. Horn’s previous experience includes product development and visual merchandising for an apparel company and campaign management for a Congressional race. She applies skills from these endeavors to her work at WESTAF, particularly in the development and implementation of the communications strategy designed to attain WESTAF’s cultural policy objectives. Horn holds bachelor's degrees in both sociology and journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder, has a background in figure skating and dance, plays the flute, and is a Colorado native.
