Jen Toews is a finance associate at WESTAF. In addition to finance duties, Toews assists with WESTAF’s presenting and touring grant program, TourWest; provides support for the Association of Western States Folklorists annual conference; and administers the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) grant. Previously, she managed the ArtJob™ website and played an integral role in the rebuild of the site. Toews has a background in teaching English as a second language and taught English both in the United States and in South Korea. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature and a minor in religion from Andrews University, a master’s degree in English from the University of Colorado Denver, a TESOL certificate from Trinity College, London, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in sustainability at the University of Colorado Denver.
