American Music Conference
The American Music Conference is dedicated to providing music, music making, and music education to the public.

League of American Orchestras
The League of American Orchestras leads, supports, and champions America’s orchestras and the vitality of the music they perform.

Chamber Music America
Chamber Music America (CMA) is the national service organization for ensemble music professionals. CMA members are thousands of individual musicians, ensembles, presenters, artist managers, composers, educators, and others in the national chamber music community.

Dance/USA
Dance/USA sustains and advances professional dance by addressing the needs, concerns, and interests of artists, administrators, and organizations. By providing national leadership and services, Dance/USA enhances the infrastructure for dance creation and distribution, education, and dissemination of information.

International Tap Association
The International Tap Association promotes the understanding, preservation, and development of tap dance as an art form.

Theatre Communications Group
Theatre Communications Group (TCG), the national organization for the American theatre, was founded in 1961 with a grant from the Ford Foundation to foster communication among professional, community, and university theatres.

Funding

Association of Fundraising Professionals
Since 1960, the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) has inspired global change and supported efforts that generated over $1 trillion. AFP’s nearly 30,000 individual and organizational members raise over $100 billion annually, equivalent to one-third of all charitable giving in North America and millions more around the world.

National Endowment for the Arts: Funding Opportunities for Presenters
The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) offers grants for projects and organizations that embrace multiple disciplines from the performing, visual, media, design, and literary arts. These projects and organizations support every stage of the artistic process including arts services, training, residencies, commissioning, presentations, touring and access, documentation, and preservation.

Candid (formerly Foundation Center)
Established in 1956, Foundation Center, now Candid, is the leading source of information about philanthropy worldwide. Through data, analysis, and training, it connects people who want to change the world to the resources they need to succeed.

International

American Dance Abroad
American Dance Abroad is a national organization that seeks equitable cultural engagement among American dance artists and companies and their international counterparts.

Association of Performing Arts Presenters Cultural Exchange Fund
The Cultural Exchange Fund (CEF) is a travel subsidy program supported by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. CEF assists U.S. based APAP-member presenting professionals and their organizations and companies in building partnerships and collaborations with international touring artists, companies and their collaborators outside of the U.S. and to experience the work of artists from around the world in its cultural context.

Cultural Mobility Funding Guide for the USA: Theatre, Performing Arts and Dance
The Cultural Mobility Funding Guide for the USA: Theatre, Performing Arts and Dance provides a free and user-friendly online guide to funding for international exchange for artists traveling to and from the USA.

International Society for the Performing Arts
The International Society for the Performing Arts is a global association of arts management leaders who come together with the shared goal of strengthening and developing the arts internationally.

NALAC Transnational Cultural Remittances
Launched in 2008 with support from the Ford Foundation, the Transnational Cultural Remittances (TCR) grant program supports exemplary cultural exchanges that promote grassroots artistic collaboration and strengthen social networks between the United States, Mexico, and Central America. 

USArtists International
USArtists International supports in-person and virtual performances by U.S. artists at engagements at international festivals and global presenting arts marketplaces outside of the United States with grants of up to $18,000 toward eligible expenses. The program funds individuals and ensembles across all performing arts practices and disciplines, and there are three application deadlines each program year.

U.S. Department of State Fulbright Program
The Fulbright Program is the flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government and is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries.

Service Organizations

Arts Northwest
Arts Northwest is a unique partnership organization that has been serving presenters and artists in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and beyond for more than 30 years. Today, Arts Northwest serves a growing membership of more than 500 organizations and individuals with services ranging from technical support and publications, mentoring and professional development programs and of course, the annual convening of the Arts Northwest Booking Conference.

Association of Performing Arts Presenters
The Association of Performing Arts Presenters (APAP) is the national service, advocacy, and membership organization for presenters of the performing arts. APAP is dedicated to developing and supporting a robust performing arts industry and the professionals who work within it.

North American Performing Arts Managers and Agents
North American Performing Arts Managers and Agents (NAPAMA) is a nonprofit association dedicated to promoting the professionalism of performing arts managers and agents.

Western Arts Alliance
Western Arts Alliance (WAA) is a membership association of touring and performing arts professionals engaged in promoting and presenting performing arts throughout the western states and provinces.
